东方明珠和小卖部The Oriental Pearl Tower and Canteen
王牌创新是一家主要做食品饮料产品创新的顾问公司. 第一次去到他们老办公室，被里面堆积得密密麻麻、各式各样显得杂乱的产品样品震撼.Wang Innovation is a consultancy firm that specialises in food and beverage product innovation. The first time I visited their old office, I was struck by the sheer volume and variety of product sam-ples stacked up inside.









在新的办公室内，我们试图令简约干净的空间与五颜六色各式各样的食品样品融合，达到既能展现公司特点，又能体现咨询公司精炼感的空间设计。In the new offices, we have tried to blend a simple, clean space with a colourful assortment of food samples to achieve a space that is both distinctive and reflective of the consultancy's refinement.











新办公室位于可观赏到东方明珠等上海地标高楼大厦的塔楼高层。旧办公室堆积成山的食物与饮料样品给我们的第一印象是童年熟悉的小卖部。在场地所在的精致玻璃幕墙塔楼周边似乎已经不存在曾经被人们熟悉的”小卖部”了。我们试图令这两种不兼容的事物在同一空间内共存。利用新办公室塔楼地势，当人们经过20楼高的电梯与狭长的走道后，透过右侧入口玻璃门意外地看到东方明珠大球球。左手边却是仿佛小卖部的密密麻麻地食品货架。环形的进入空间使两者结合，并衔接日常办公区与会议区。The new office is located on the upper floors of a tower with views of Shanghai's landmark sky-scrapers, including the Oriental Pearl Tower. The piles of food and drink samples in the old office gave us a first impression of the familiar kiosks of our childhood. The familiar 'canteen' no longer seem to exist around the exquisite glass-walled towers that house the site. We have tried to make these two incompatible things co-exist in the same space. Taking advantage of the topography of the new office tower, one passes through the 20-storey lift and the long, narrow walkway and is surprised to see the Oriental Pearl Ball through the glass entrance door on the right. On the left hand side, the food shelves are packed as if they were a kiosk. The circular entry space brings the two together and connects the daily office and meeting areas.





由于办公室内部面积不大，在布置办公区时我们考虑在每个人可相对拥有独立的办公区、又不造成空间的封闭感。在每组办公桌外侧设置类似小卖部货架的矮柜，堆积着正在调研的产品样品。仿佛体现顾客与店主之间既有交流又拥有独立私密性的空间区域。卡座休息区与独立办公间围绕这个小卖部区域布置，就像地面上的街道一样，虽然处在封闭的高楼大厦中，又能感受到令人熟悉的街道氛围。Due to the small size of the interior of the office, the office area was laid out in such a way that each person could have a relatively separate office area without creating a sense of enclosed space. On the outside of each group of desks, there are low cabinets, similar to the shelves of a kiosk, where samples of the products being researched are stacked. It is as if the space is an area of communication and privacy between the customer and the shop owner. The booth lounge area and the individual offices are arranged around this kiosk area, like a street on the ground, with a familiar street atmosphere despite being in an enclosed high-rise building
