本案屋主是一位未婚的单身小伙。接触下来，让我想起曾经年少的自己。我们认为，每个家，都是会成长，会变化的。未来，在不远处。

Every family will grow and change. The owner of this case is an unmarried single guy. Contact down, let me think of once young oneself.

以前瞻性的眼光看待每一个案子，是作为设计师的必备素养，结合未来生活的变化，
单身→恋爱→结婚→怀孕→生子→带娃（父母同住，还是父母住同小区）→二胎？（未知）经过充分沟通与引导，我们一致认为从单身到二胎是一个漫长的过程，
这个时候，我们又按情景化的设计思维，预想未来十年可能存在的变化。

Looking at each case from a forward-looking perspective is an essential quality for a designer. Combining with the changes in future life,

Single → love → marriage → pregnant → have children → take baby (parents live together, or parents live with the community) → two children? (unknown)

After full communication and guidance, we agreed that it would be a long process from being single to having a second child.

At this time, we also use situational design thinking to envision possible changes in the next ten years.

在当下的生活情景中，以屋主一人居住为主，不需要过多的房间，我们希望空间尽量自由。同时，也给未来的下一代留下玩耍、学习的空间。

In the current life scene, the owner is mainly living alone, and there is no need for too many rooms. We hope that the space will be as free as possible. At the same time, it also leaves space for the next generation to play and learn.

整体设计我们希望我们的设计能够经得住时间的考验，整体我们希望更加简单，设计的更克制。但是我们对空间的利用率，家庭成员的交互考虑的更多，空间我们希望显得更高，更开阔。

Overall design We want our design to stand the test of time, overall we want to be simpler, more restrained design. However, we think more about the utilization of space and the interaction of family members, and we want the space to appear higher and more open.

学习区临近沙发区，同时玄关与这两个区域都是可以高效链接的。

试想，男主人在看书，孩子在旁边学习，女主人在厨房制作美味的晚餐。家人们，既能随时看到、听到对方的状态，且不会互相干扰。这样的家庭互动，还会沉闷么？

The study area is adjacent to the sofa area, while the hallway can be efficiently linked to both areas.

Imagine the host reading a book, the kids studying nearby, and the hostess making a delicious dinner in the kitchen. Family members can see and hear each other's status at any time without interfering with each other. Is this family interaction still boring?

学习区前期可以作为男主人的游戏场，未来壹娃的状态，这块区域就是学习与陪伴的一个区域。

倘若，十年后有二胎且父母同住的情况出现，我们可以随时用合适的材料把学习区隔成一个带书桌的卧室。

The learning area can be used as a playground for the male host in the early stage, and this area is an area for learning and companionship in the future.

If, ten years later, two children and parents live together, we can always partition the study area into a bedroom with a desk with appropriate materials.

餐厅与厨房空间是连通的，同时餐厅边我们还安排了一个矮榻。我们称之为“舒心区”。未来，女主人在厨房制作美食，孩子在榻上玩，三五好友来家里小酌几杯，男人们还在拼酒，公主们在榻上坐着聊天，还时不时参与男人们的话题。这难道不是聚会真正该有的样子么？这样的状态，他们/她们是一体的状态，不再剥离。

The dining room is connected to the kitchen space, and we also arranged a low bed beside the dining room. We call this the comfort zone. In the future, the hostess is making delicious food in the kitchen, the children are playing on the couch, three or five friends come home to drink a few glasses, the men are still fighting wine, the princesses sit and chat on the couch, and also participate in the topic of men from time to time. Isn't that what a party really should be? Such a state, they are one state, no longer detached.

舒心区，我们内置了一组暗藏折叠门，在它变身客房的时候，可以保证我们的隐私。可能你会说，这样不是很暗？其实不会，因为我们实际使用的时间都是夜幕降临的时候。

综上所述，在设计保留的两个卧室的同时，本案兼具了一个可以变身客房的多功能区，在未来十年左右的时间，即使有四个卧室的需求，我们也能在很快的时间完成。

这就是设计的前瞻性与人文关怀，在我看来，这是很重要的。

For comfort, we have built in a set of hidden folding doors to ensure our privacy while it transforms into a guest room. You might say, isn't that dark? Not really, because the actual time we use is when it's dark.

To sum up, while designing the two reserved bedrooms, the project also has a multi-purpose area that can be turned into a guest room. In the next decade or so, even if there is a demand for four bedrooms, we will be able to complete it very quickly.

This is the design of forward-looking and humanistic care, in my opinion, this is very important.

功能不仅仅是这样。它未来会是孩子呀呀学步的地方，女主人陪伴孩子读绘本，做瑜伽的不二空间。同时，它可以变身客房，茶室...

我们的生活是变化的，成长的，我们不希望，家是一成不变的。所有的变化，都应该围绕着人去感悟，功能的满足，人与人的互动关系，才是我们设计的初衷。

Functionality is more than that. In the future, it will be the place where children babble and learn to walk, and the hostess will accompany children to read picture books and do yoga. At the same time, it can be transformed into a guest room, a tea room...

Our lives are changing, growing, and we don't want home to be static. All changes should be around people to feel, functional satisfaction, interaction between people, is the original intention of our design.

舒心区看向餐厅的方向，如同画框一样，我们框住的是生活，是烟火，是未来。

The comfort area looks in the direction of the restaurant, like a picture frame, we frame life, fireworks, and the future.

主卧的隐私性、收纳量是我们非常关注的。设计师通过一些功能外置的手法，让我们的主卧的收纳量瞬间翻倍的同时，且更具隐私，床头位置的对调让主人躺着看远山，不再是邻居的窗户，舒适度与私密性大大提高。
