2019年的11月，这个家交付给了业主。也是拙人营造4.0住宅系统首个作品。
In November 2019, the home was delivered to the owners.It was also the first product of our 4.0 housing system.


交付当天，业主的微笑、幸福与快乐充满着整个房子，甚至每个角落。我想，那一天的每一刻，都是我们作为设计公司的人最大的幸福，没有什么比这些更重要了。设计师设计一个家的使命，就是让业主感到幸福。这个使命一旦达到，你会发现，一切都是那么的轻松与美好。
On the day of delivery, the owner's smile, happiness and joy filled the whole house, even every corner.I think every moment of that day is our greatest happiness as a design company. Nothing is more important.Let owner feel happy, it is our mission that designs a home. Once this mission is achieved, you will find that everything is so relaxed and beautiful.

这个房子的主人是2003年创业的，直到今天已经足足走过了16个年头。
The owner of the house started his business in 2003 and it has been 16 years since then.
“我一直想要一个理想的家，或许会住到我老的时候，但是我说不清楚。”女主人告诉我们。
“I have always wanted an ideal home, perhaps to live in my old age, but I can't say how that is.”The hostess told us.

通过与业主长达2个小时的“询问式”+“互动式”交流，我记下了聊天的所有细节，并在心里暗自庆幸，我已经捕捉到了一些信息，可以通过分解，实现业主的愿望。
Through 2 hours of "inquiry" and "interactive" communication with the owner, I wrote down all the details of the chat and felt lucky in my heart that I had captured some information that could be decomposed and realized the owner's wishes.
