公寓是近些年的新楼盘，没有老房子“结构不合理”、“水电需要大改动”之类的弊病，于是设计师尽量避免大拆改，只在原有的基础上规划布局，并通过色彩、陈设以及经典的木色饰面，让这个小户型每一处都散发出浓郁的中古气质。
